You asked and we listened. APPELLES now provides two packaging options at checkout to suit your needs (at no extra cost).
Our sustainable packaging helps reduce waste and our impact on the environment while the signature gift wrapping is perfect for those special occasions.
Sustainable Packaging: Packed in a cardboard box and biodegradable filling for protection. This option is great if you need to stock up on your favourites.
Signature Packaging: Gift wrapped in twine with an APPELLES label and tag. Secured in a bubble bag to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional gift wrapping to your order, so please ensure you select gift wrap at checkout if you would like your orders packed as per their items.

Most of our packaging is made out of PET plastic which is a safe, lightweight and 100% recyclable plastic.

The following terms apply to all promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.
To redeem the promotional code, code must be applied at checkout. We are not able to retro apply codes once an order has been placed/processed. Code is valid for one time use per one customer. No rain checks are available for items out of stock. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Promotion cannot be applied to previous orders.

Upon completing your purchase, a confirmation email and invoice will be forwarded to the email address provided at time of ordering. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder. For further information, please contact us at info@appelles.com.

Returns Policy
Only items purchased on the APPELLES website can be returned to appelles.com for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items purchased from a retail partner. If you have purchased an APPELLES item from a retail partner, please contact the original retailer directly.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.
- If the product is unused and in saleable condition, we can refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase or exchange it for an alternative product.
- If you’ve used less than 10% of the product, we will happily offer an exchange for an alternative product. If you’ve used more than 10% of the product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- We are unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
- All returned products will be inspected by our Returns Team upon arrival back to us. You are responsible for any additional return shipping charges.

Where are your products made?
Our products are developed, formulated and tested here in Australia. We are currently working with our Australian manufacturing partners to have all retail production within Australia in the near future. Our production is currently in a combination of Australia and PRC (using Australian sourced raw materials, such as essential oils) due to our global distribution network. All our manufacturing sites have stringent quality control and are overseen by our development department here in Sydney to ensure the quality is always maintained to the highest standards. Our candles are made entirely in Australia.

APPELLES products have been specifically designed to incorporate the finest essential oils and ingredients sourced from both science and nature. To ensure our products are efficacious, we continue to use non-natural ingredients that benefit the skin and hair. At this time, APPELLES products are not natural or certified organic.
