Refund policy

Only items purchased on the APPELLES website can be returned to appelles.com for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items purchased from a retail partner. If you have purchased an APPELLES item from a retail partner, please contact the original retailer directly.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, that’s ok – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below.

  • If the product is unused and in saleable condition, we can refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase or exchange it for an alternative product. 

  • If you’ve used less than 10% of the product, we will happily offer an exchange for an alternative product. If you’ve used more than 10% of the product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. 

  • We are unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

  • All returned products will be inspected by our Returns Team upon arrival back to us. You are responsible for any additional return shipping charges.
