Two Complimentary Gifts
  • Receive two complimentary samples with every order. Samples will be automatically added at checkout (no code required). 
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.
  • Please note that sample selections are subject to availability and may vary. The samples listed in your order confirmation may not match the samples received. 
  • In some cases, due to stock availability, the quantity of samples provided may vary based on availability.
  • Complimentary samples are available only with paid purchases only and are limited to a maximum of two per order. 
  • If the limit of 2 samples are exceeded, we reserve the right to edit the order to comply with our Terms & Conditions.
  • Only paid purchases are eligible for the complimentary gifts
  • Orders exceeding this limit will be adjusted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, without notifying the customer.

Mystery Packs
  • By purchasing a Mystery Pack, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
  • Promotion is valid from 9 July 2026 9AM AEST until 31 July 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST, or while stocks last. The promotion may end earlier if all Mystery Packs have sold out.
  • The contents of your Mystery Pack remain a surprise until the pack is opened. By purchasing a Mystery Pack, you understand and accept that the products included will only be revealed upon opening and that the contents cannot be previewed or disclosed in advance.
  • All Mystery Pack purchases are final sale. Due to the limited-edition and mystery nature of this product, Mystery Packs are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, store credits, or change-of-mind cancellations.
  • Once a Mystery Pack has been opened, the contents are considered accepted by the purchaser. Mystery Packs cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded based on the products received, including if the contents are not your preferred items.
  • As the contents of each Mystery Pack are selected at random, we are unable to accommodate requests for specific products, product types, sizes, colours, scents, or variations.
  • Mystery Packs may contain products with varying retail values. The contents of each pack are predetermined and cannot be altered, substituted, or customised.
  • Customers purchasing multiple Mystery Packs may receive duplicate products. We cannot guarantee unique contents across multiple purchases.
  • No rain checks will be offered once Mystery Packs have sold out.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary.

Please note that all orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Where a customer is unwilling to comply with these terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
